Wow I’m really happy with Detail King , after fighting with two other company’s to buy an extractor, I made one phone call to Detail King within the next two days I’ve landed an extractor and very happy with how quick they took care of me customer service was outstanding.

I was searching for the best deal on the mytee 8070 for months and came across Detail King. I contacted Evan Horvath and he was able to give me an even better deal than what I thought was possible. Not only did he make sure I was satisfied with the purchase but he also offered his knowledge/experience to me in the future. A great first time experience with detail king. I ordered the incorrect Rupes buffer pad. . wrong type as well as wrong size. . .completely my error. Reached out to Detail King on how to rectify my error. . . they provided clear and easy return instructions as well as what would take place once the wrong pads were received by Detail King. Received phone call today to confirm receipt as well as to confirm what I really needed to assure I’m getting the correct pads. . .Verrrrrrrry professional. . . .

Honestly I’m amazed on their customer service. Jason was very helpful and had a lot of patience with placing my order, it’s very rare to get good customer service now a days in the car industry. I would definitely recommend Detail King to anyone that’s looking for detailing supplies.

This review is of Jason Fung and his professionalism throughout my several interactions with him. I was having issues with my extractor and he took the time to help me troubleshoot my issue instead of automatically trying to sell me something. I had several different interactions with him and every time he was just as helpful as the first. People like Jason are the reason I would keep coming to Detail King, even if I could find products cheaper elsewhere.
