Family & I have Been using DK for years! Bill is great. Nick is humble. Products like pink power & pearl gloss I just won’t even bother buying anywhere else.

I have been using the DK products and I have been impressed with results. The Aqua Seal is easy to use and just shines through after week of rain and pollen. My shine still looks better than a neighbor who had just washed his car more recently. Furthermore, I am impressed with the time of delivery, which is international for me and the feedback and direction from your queries.

Staff was friendly, prompt, and mostly helpful. However, the fact that I bought a very expensive polisher which broke after first use and I was told I had to get a replacement through the manufacturer is VERY frustrating and discouraging. I will probably shop elsewhere for by business needs in the future. It was disappointing your store wouldn’t take responsibility for product that was sold in your store.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Detail King, you can sure tell they take pride in their work, and cherish their customers business. I ordered the mytee S-300h a week ago, I chose to do the one day air shipping, they called me and told they were out of stock on the S-300, asked if I would like to still proceed with my purchase, as I did, I only asked to be refunded the shipping difference, and they did that in a very good timely fashion! My mytee S-300h is everything and more, the thing is an animal for being the size that it is! I got it today actually, I would highly recommend shopping with Detail King, great company, and better customer service! 10/5 stars if I could! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Got to speak with Nick at first which instructed me that all sales reps were busy but he would have someone call me back shortly. The following call came 15 minutes later and was greeted very professionally and asked and answered all necessary questions. Looking forward to meeting both in person for my certification in the jade ceramic coating class in August.

First time dealing with Detail King! I got set up with Jason Fung and what a great experience! I first ordered a start up package and I tweeked it to what I thought I would need. Jason was great as I’m new to this business he met my needs and didn’t pressure me into something I didn’t think I needed even though now he probably was thinking I should have gotten more. LOL as I did put in my second order a week later. All around great experience!
