Bill Bruno does a fantastic job, every time I place an order with Detail King he gives me a follow up to makes sure everything came out okay. Calls to see if I need to order more stuff too. Bill does a fantastic job!

After attending a Detail King training seminar I have been dealing with Bill Bruno and Detail King for almost 4 years now. Very knowledgeable of the detailing products and always there to help with products or equipment. Rarely do I have a problem with an order, but if I do it’s corrected by the next day, that’s why I keep going back to Detail King!

I have to admit Detail King has amazing customer service. Jason Fung took the time to explain my whole order before processing it and explained to me a little about the usage of the machine. He also directed me to videos on their websites for training. Thank you again!

I happened to stumble across Detail King’s website while looking for a new wheel cleaner, I called them on the first day almost a year ago now and was greeted by a guy named Jason Fung. He was so helpful with all of my questions, and had a great deal of knowledge that a purchase of wheel cleaner turned out to be a large purchase of many items. There are two things that bring me back month after month; one is the customer service I get with Detail King and my sales guy Jason. Two is the Detail King product, I absolutely love all of their product line.

I want to thank the Detail King for the work that they do – my account manager is Jason Fung, he is always there and responsive when I require assistance. Detail King ships products out to me often the same day of the order being placed otherwise the next day. The detailing products that I have used have all been very good to use, we have now used wheel cleaner, shampoo, polishes, sealants, interior cleaner from Detail King – all with great success. I also recommend the detailing training courses offered by them – their team is knowledgeable and they love to pass this on to others.

I just started my auto detailing company approximately 3 months ago and so far it’s getting off to a wonderful start. In the process of starting, I’ve met some remarkable guy here at Detail King who’ve help steer me in the right direction with their “Great” products.

Didn’t know much about car detailing or how to get started and this auto detailing training program was reasonably priced and provided me the knowledge of how to get started and how to detail a car professionally. I highly recommend Detail King products and their training classes.

I have been a Detail King customer for a Year now. I attended the 3 day craftsman course last year in 2017. I highly recommend attending it, very in-depth auto detailing course. I also purchased one of their auto detailing  start up packages. Jason Fung is my sales rep. He is very knowledgeable with all of his products and equipment. I love their products and equipment. Detail King carries an extensive line of superior auto detailing products! If you cant find it here, you probably wont find it anywhere! The staff is pleasant and very helpful, and the prices are excellent! Shipping is affordable too! This company is a pleasure to do business with and their products are amazing! I have been a Detail King customer for eight years and absolutely love this company. I would like to say when the day comes I hope I retire before Bill Bruno because I don’t know what I would do without him.
