Reached out to Detail King on how to rectify my error. . . they provided clear and easy return instructions as well as what would take place once the wrong pads were received by Detail King. Received phone call today to confirm receipt as well as to confirm what I really needed to assure I’m getting the correct pads. . .Verrrrrrrry professional. . . .
